Hi there! My name is Angelina and I am the proud owner of Liberty Process Services, serving Del Norte and Curry Counties. I started out just taking orders from a local attorney. As I gained more knowledge in the innerworkings of our local judicial system, I saw there was a greater need for a legitimate business for this service in Del Norte County’s local jurisdiction.

What is a Process Server? It plays an essential role in the American court system. On behalf of all citizens, it is important for everyone to understand, you are entitled to your Constitutional, Fourteenth Amendment Right’s Due Process Clause - which provides that no state; “may deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Service of process is where I come in. It is the act of delivering legal documentation and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements directly to defendants, witnesses, plaintiffs, and other parties involved in litigation in a timely manner. This provides timely notification about cases filed against a defendent, which safeguards your rights.

My role as a Process Server is paramount to upholding justice. My expertise, knowledge of local laws, attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation contribute to the integrity of our legal system.
